Wodden barbie

This was a challenge that was given to me a number of years ago. Someone wanted to know if I could make a barbie size doll out of wood. Then that said person would design a dress for the doll. Well that person is no longer around, but I decided to finish the doll I had started a number of years ago. This doll is about the fifth one that I did. It was the first one where I actually did the legs. I made the high heels out of the wood in the legs. It was also the first one I did where I carved the hair out of the wood. The wood I used for this doll is Olive Wood. I put the doll for sale at $150.00, mainly because I do not wish to sell it. It is more to show you other things that I have created in the past.
